"The people are polite and helpful when able to be reached. One day a couple of months ago on my way back from Oklahoma City, a rock bounced up after falling from a dump truck and hit my windshield, chipping it. I pay for the roadside assistance coverage that would fix a small crack or chip in the windshield before it gets worse. I called them a couple of times and they did not answer so I texted them and still no response. Fast forward a couple of months to the first cold day, we turned the defroster on and now the crack is all the way across the windshield. I called them again and explained the situation and told them what happened and the young lady that answered the phone said something to the effect of that is to bad, I wish we had got that taken care of before. I emailed the agent and told him what had happened and that I was not happy and he said he was going to look back at incoming text messages and see if they had received a text and would get back with me. I made it easy and sent him screen shots of the text message. That is the last I have heard from him. So they are great at setting up services that you need just have no desire to help if it does not net them a check. What would have not cost me anything more than the monthly service I already pay for, will now cost me the full cost of the windshield. Not okay"

I know we offered an appointment with you the day before that was declined and that we received a text message about the incident the following day. I am unable to find any further communication beyond that until the situation worsened 2 months later when you called into the office. I can certainly appreciate the frustration of the circumstances and wishing the windshield would have received a filling shortly after it happened. Team member changes have been made and our processes reviewed. I am open for further discussion if you would like. - Mark"
